Digital Drawings

Famous for it's legendary oases on the Silk Road.
It is still an empty land I often wondered where the people were.

In Kyrgyzstan I only went to Arslanbob, a beautiful small village in the mountains.
I stayed with a local family, got lost in the mountains and ate the local food.

Most western part of China.
Home of the Uygur, Islamic people with there own culture, colourful and full with life.
Except for the food I had a great time looking for the remnants of the silk road.

From the end of Central Asia I travelled all the way down to Xishuangbanna in the south of China.
On my way I went to Sangri La, crossed mountains and in my summer clothes was freezing cold in my summer clothes.

I didn't know what to expect when I landed in Yagon, it was warm but beautiful.
Bagan was everything what I was hoping for and more.
The country is filled with warm light and friendly people.

The reason to visit Cambodia was to go back to Angkor and make an other try in drawing the ruins. I failed miserably the last time.
I travelled much further then I anticipated, my trip took me to Phnom Penn and from there all the way to Kampot.

Vietnam a very lively country after Cambodia, the people were really nice but they rip you off all the time.
I ran out of time and rushed through the country from the south to the north, trying to take it all in.
